Hi Ellyssa,

I just wanted to send you a quick comment to let you know how much I enjoyed reading your posts of Web 2.0 hullaballoo and the rise of the amateur. Great, cogent writing!

I'm not entirely in agreement with you about the validity of the practice that's become known as the Wisdom of Crowds. I posted about it on my blog here (http://www.upinontario.com/mt/archives/000338.html) and stick by what I said - popular does not equal right / accurate.

As a writer and a writing teacher, I admire and appreciate the elegance of your writing. As a student of Web 2.0, I appreciate the clarity of your explanations and examples. Thank-you.
